右 采 左 隔 肘 yòu cǎi zuǒ gé zhǒu Right Pluck, Left Separate Elbow
The right hand grabs the right wrist of the enemy’s incoming punching arm. As the arm is twisted to bring the enemy’s elbow facing upward, the left forearm strikes the enemy’s elbow to form an arm bar. The power of this technique comes from twisting the waist clockwise to form a Twist Stance (niu bu).
进 步 双 邦 肘 jìn bù shuāng bāng zhǒu Advance Step, Double Helping Elbow
Step the left foot forward and strike the enemy with a left augmented elbow strike to topple him.
