Zhai Yao Wu Lu - First Seven Moves

Here is my translation of Master Hao Bin's explanation of these movements:

闭手挺身
Close Hands, Straighten Body

Application: The enemy uses a fist to strike me or a foot to kick my center area. I use both palms to press powerfully downward to block the incoming fist or foot, then return both palms in a forward thrust to strike his face.

左右二阴阳
Left, Right Two Yin Yang

Application: The enemy comes with his right fist to strike my upper center area. I turn my body to the left while lifting my right leg and sweep my vertical right forearm horizontally to cause the enemy’s fist to go to my left side and become ineffective. The enemy comes with his left fist to strike my upper center area. I place my right foot forward and swing my forearm from left to right horizontally to cause the enemy’s fist to go to my right side and become ineffective. Finally, I use my right fist to strike the enemy’s face and follow with a left fist strike to the enemy’s abdomen.

左采右叠肘
Left Pluck & Right Folding Elbow

Application: The enemy comes with his right fist to strike my center area. I use my left hand to seal the enemy’s wrist, advance my right foot and swing my right elbow forward to strike the enemy’s heart or chest area.

右勾左错，左封右崩捶
Right Hook, Left File – Left Seal, Right Collapsing Strike

Application: The enemy comes with his right fist to strike my center area. I use my right hand to hook the enemy’s wrist and pull it to my right rear. At the same time, I use my left filing strike to hit the enemy’s face. If the enemy uses his left hand to block, I move my left hand downward to seal the enemy’s incoming hand and use my right collapsing strike to hit the enemy’s face.
